An issue game of Command Magazine Japan #162 in 2021.
Strategic level wargame for Chinese Three Kingdoms Era.
The game engine is the as same the Rivalry of Local Barons of the same game designer.
Each turn, players select one of six revealed warlord cards. The top order card can be taken free, but second or later card is require a "Heaven's will" chit. And these chits can be taken by the later chooser of the skipped cards.
Each warlord card has various strength and special ability for invasion and control many provinces. Combined support cards also offer a variety of bonuses.
The battle is resolved by a die with a very simple combat result table.
The winner is determined by victory points, earned from mostly control of provinces, and other bonuses.
